On April 25, SAIC Volkswagen announced their strategic partnership with Momenta, a world-leading assisted driving company. In the future, SAIC Volkswagen will fully equip its vehicles with the latest mass-produced assisted driving solution jointly developed with Momenta. The solution is based on Momenta's one-stage end-to-end flywheel model, in line with the evolution trend of large-scale model technology, and will bring a safe and more comfortable assisted driving experience to users.
The strategic cooperation between the two parties adheres to the principle of "using a global vision to build local solutions" and jointly creates mass-produced assisted driving solutions that are safe, useful and suitable for Chinese users with higher standards.

SAIC Volkswagen also released its first concept car ID. ERA featuring range extender technology at the Shanghai Auto Show. The latest assisted driving solution based on Momenta's one-stage end-to-end flywheel model will also help ID. ERA open a new chapter for SAIC Volkswagen's assisted driving competition and usher in a new era of joint venture intelligence.
As the first full-size segment SUV with range extender technology of the Volkswagen brand, ID. ERA has set a new technical benchmark with a range of over 1,000 kilometers, becoming an important milestone in the era of the joint venture. In the future, SAIC Volkswagen will continue to promote the strategic layout of "fuel-electric co-development, fuel-electric co-intelligence" driven by "global know-how and Chinese speed".
During the Shanghai Auto Show, in addition to reaching a strategic cooperation with SAIC Volkswagen, Momenta also announced further strategic cooperation with seven major brands, including GM Buick, FAW Toyota, Honda China, Cadillac, SAIC AUDI, and IM. In terms of the number of successfully delivered mass-produced models, it has rapidly jumped from 1 model in the starting period of 2022 to 8 in 2023 and 26 in 2024. At present, Momenta has delivered more than 130 mass-produced models.
